STORE LOCATION

Do you have a store location in Fiji?

Davui Designs does not yet have a store location in Fiji or any other country. We are for the moment an online store. But our future is unwritten and who knows, we may pop up in a location in Fiji in the near future.

Do you you have a store location in Australia or the South Pacific.

Davui Designs does not have a brick and mortar store location in Australia or the South Pacific region. We for the moment an online store based in Australia.

ORDERS AND POSTAGE

All our products are made to order. We do our best to ship within 2 business days of orders being placed.

Any orders with Tie Dye items from our 'Live Life In Colour' collection requires 3-4 business days turnaround.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship Internationally to most Countries. Please see our shipping rates & country list upon checkout.

How long does postage take?

  • Domestic Postage. All our items are posted out from Melbourne Australia within 2-4 business days of orders being placed. We post all items via Australia Post.
  • Standard postage delivered within 7 working days (Metro Areas).
  • Delivered within 10 business days (Rest of Australia).
  • Express Post delivered within 2-3 business days (Metro Areas) and 3-5 business days (Rest of Australia).
  • International orders may take up to 30 Business days for deliveries. International express shipping is not currently  available due to Covid 19 restrictions in many countries. 
  • Please note, overseas restrictions, customs delays and fewer flights may affect delivery times.

My Country is not on the list at check out. What can I do?

If your country is not on the list of available countries for shipping. Please contact our customer service team at shop.davuidesigns@gmail.com and we will help you as best we can.

Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery times, please check the tracking number that was sent out to you. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please send us an email at shop.davuidesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Where do you ship my purchases from?

All our stock are posted from our Davui Designs Studio located in Parkdale, Melbourne Australia.

PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

Can I use more than one promo code on my order?

Unfortunately, you’re not able to use more than one promo code at the time of checkout. This includes free delivery codes. You can only use one promo code or promotion per order.le

What is your GST/Tax policy when shopping online?

GST is included in our prices for customers in Australia. Davui Designs is not responsible for paying any import or tax duties to overseas countries.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods

  • Visa, MasterCard, AMEX (Debit/Credit Card)
  • ApplePay, QPay, GooglePay, PayPal (Accelerated checkout)
  • AfterPay (Buy Now Pay Later)

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I change or cancel my order?

All our items are made to order and are shipped within 2-4  business days of the order being placed.

Can I return a product?

  • You can return most items for a refund, (excluding products on sale or discounted items, and products purchased with promotional codes) within 30 days of receiving your original order. Please note the refund will be minus the postage you paid at the time of original purchase.
  • If you’d like a refund for your goods, but you can’t return them to us for any reason. Then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
  • We will refund the amount you paid when you purchased the item, minus the cost of shipping you paid at the time of purchase.
  • We try hard to accept all refunds, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, a refund may not be possible and the item will be shipped back to you.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure any return items are packed up properly and can’t get damaged when mailed.
  • We are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake.
  • Make sure your use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
  • Please print your order receipt/Invoice and include it in the return package.

It can take up to 30 days for your return to arrive at our warehouse and we’ll send you an email to let you know once it has been received and your return has been processed.

Can I exchange my purchase for a different item?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges of any purchased items.

 

We try our best to accept all return items to us. However please observe our policy as follows:

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  1. Orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Returns outside this period will not be processed and items sent back to you.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must – be unworn and unwashed, have all tags, labels or stickers attached and have no marks, stains or odours.
  3. No returns and refunds on sale items or items purchased with a promotional code.
  4. We do not offer exchanges on any items purchased on our site.
  5. Returns that do not include a return note with instructions will be returned to sender.
  6. We do not cover for the cost of return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as Davui Designs is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our team upon arrival.
